Meeting of April 23, 2007

This meeting has identified three possible directions for the development of the study on the application of analogy in administrative law.

The three key issues that would appear to be identifiable:

1) the definition of analogy

2) identifying of cases where del'analogia,

3) in the definition of de limits the use of analogy in administrative law.
