Meeting of April 23, 2007
This meeting has identified three possible directions for the development of the study on the application of analogy in administrative law.
The three key issues that would appear to be identifiable:
1) the definition of analogy
2) identifying of cases where del'analogia,
3) in the definition of de limits the use of analogy in administrative law.

So first define the possible areas for further study, this preliminary stage it was decided to focus on the definition of analogy and the analogy between distnzione ealtre methodology of interpretation.
To this end, it would seem of particular interest starting from the closer definition of "gaps" in the legal system, trying to determine:
