Today we want to tell you about the radio IPSIA COSENZA SOUND. What is special about this radio? Well first of all, is the first radio in Calabria managed by students at a school. The school in question is the IPSIA (vocational school industry and crafts) Guglielmo Marconi is located in Cosenza away stadiums. Thanks to a brilliant idea of \u200b\u200bEleanor Dean Saia, now students of IPS Cosenza, are found inside their school a real radio that has nothing to envy to the most popular stations in Calabria. The IPSIA COSENZA SOUND was founded on April 8, 2010. Also participated at the inauguration of the radio Occhiuzzi Francesco, Cosenza known presenter, who has made a testimonial to this great project. The students "pioneers" of this major project are:

After about a year, the radio has grown, both in terms of popularity, both for students interested in the project. Now I'm almost 50 students who take turns as speaker and as a director in various programs. The betting conducted by students, are broadcast three times a week and once a month, is also transmitted in the afternoon. The main issues are school, current events and sports.
That 's IPSIA of Cosenza is really an excellent initiative which finally denies all the rumors that said that this institution does not studying and not doing anything constructive. Now in fact we are almost 50 students who take turns at the microphones and directing. This gave us our beloved Dean Saia is a great opportunity for us all.
